Incontinence Care Program

Health First offers prompt and discreet delivery of incontinence products. Our trained customer service representatives personally contact each recipient on a monthly basis to assess product need.

Medicaid Recipients:

Medicaid covers 2 cases of product per month. These can be diapers or pads. Medicaid does not allow diapers and pads to be delivered in the same month.

Medicare and third party insurances do not cover incontinence products such as diapers and pads.
